Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor, co-founder, & Chief Operating Officer at GROWTH Wellness & Development Center. She has a Master's from Texas Woman's University with an emphasis in anger management and adolescent counseling and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Tiffany has a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and single mothers and her goal is to help clients work towards congruence in a holistic, empowering, environment.

Tiffany has been given the opportunity to utilize her skills and rapport with clients in a variety of settings including; the juvenile justice system, schools, hospitals, non profit organizations, and private practice. Her experience includes conducting individual, as well as, group counseling sessions, psychosocial assessments, psychoeducational classes, community service, and public speaking engagements.

Tiffany has expertise dealing with several issues including; stress, anger management, peer conflict, & family & relationship issues. Her personal motto is "I Speak T.E.E.N" & she strives to uphold the GROWTH belief "it's about getting better" Tiffany practices from the Cognitive Behavioral Theory of Counseling and believes that change begins when irrational thoughts are defined, refuted, and replaced.  Working from a Cognitive Behavioral Viewpoint with a Solution Focused concept, change can occur.
